Minutes ago the chat and call service, recently bought by Microsoft, failed with users once again turning to Twitter to vent their anger and report the problems.
Some users have been merely met with that frustrating offline icon, while, like last time, others have been kicked out with no way back in.
This is the third major crash over the past few months. As well as the one in May, users also experienced serious downtime in December last year.
Once again, Skype’s status page is reporting business as usual and normality.
We’re starting to think business as usual seems about right.
*EyeSee Skype refuses to explain or comment any further than: “A small number of users may have problems signing in to Skype. We’re investigating the cause, and hope to have more details to share soon.” Some quick and easy research through Twitter reveals that to say “a small number of users” may be a tad misleading.
How about some real answers?
