Anonymous declares war on Italy

Following the arrest of three people who were apparently part of Anonymous, the hacking collective has declared war on Italy.

The Italians say they have a 26-year-old Swiss-Italian going by the monkier “Phre” who is described as a “leader” of the group. The country is on the hunt for 30 other suspects who have legged it.

AnonOps has been swift to both promise revenge and dismiss claims that there are “leaders” of the group in the first place.

The AnonOps response ends with a call to arms for other Italian Anons, imploring them to “Let [the government] have it, stronger than ever.” In Italy, further denial of service attacks are likely to be the chosen response.

There is also some talk that they will attempt to kidnap Berlusconi’s  latest dancing girl, if she can be lured out of her playschool, and then inform him that she is in AnonOps custody and “forthwith issue its demands”.

They are giving Berlusconi two days to dismantle the entire apparatus of the Roman Imperialist State and if he doesn’t agree they will cut all her bits off, send them back every hour on the hour, to show him that they are not to be trifled with.

The Romans have bled hackers white, the bastards, AnonOps said. “They’ve taken everything we had, not just from us, from our fathers and from our fathers’ fathers. And from our fathers’ fathers’ fathers,” a spokesman did not say.

But so far they have not been able to agree about what the Romans have ever done for hackers.

They get as far as aqueducts and bunga bunga parties before getting a bit lost.
