Woman unfreezes cold world of computing

Angela Huang was named Ms Computex Taiwai and she’s bringing warmth of humanity to the cold functionality of ICT, according to a press release from trade body Taitra.

She was judged Ms Computex Taiwai by a panel of judges “for her elegance and international perspective”.  Taitra “will beef up her skills with training sessions with experts in sectors of IT, international etiquette, modelling and Taiwan culture and touring”, the release continued. Ms Huang will “charm the crowd” for a venue estimated to pull in 36,000 international buyers and 100,000 visitors and generate around $23 billion – that’s US$.

Here’s Angela, followed by other pictures giving a taste of this important computer show in Old Taipei.
