Creative sued for half a million dollars by Foxconn

Taiwanese giant Foxconn is suing Creative Technologies for over half a million US dollars, claiming that it’s failed to pay for products and services.

According to the Taipei Times, the suit was filed in a Singapore court with the case coming up on December the 3rd.

But Creative claims it doesn’t owe Foxconn any money at all because no contracts exist between them.

That’s somewhat contradicted by other court papers, according to the Taipei Times, which seem to indicate that Creative had sought a discount from Foxconn over goods and services supplied. The Taipei Times is here.
